About Real Estate Sales Internship

We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-minded and detail-focused individual for Real Estate Sales Internship, 15-25 hours per week.
This is a hands-on learning internship, ideal for someone who is currently enrolled in, or has recently completed, their WI Real Estate Pre-License Education. *We may consider an internship for someone seriously considering a career in Real Estate; however, many of the educational opportunities will be best leveraged by a licensee.
Primary duties will include: shadowing real-world realtors in real estate sales and business dealings; such as listing appointments, lead generation, contract writing, negotiation, showings, open houses and day-to-day sales operations.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a possess a positive, can-do attitude in the face of challenges and adversity.
Scheduling availability must be highly flexible, as this business is driven by client needs.
